Each producer is responsible for accurate photos, description, category, availability, and delivery within the stated window.
Orders, disputes, and escrow
The order flow relies on escrow hold, the Farmora transport system, a 3-day post-delivery hold, and a dispute path if something does not go as expected.
How support works
The same support channel covers orders, shop setup, and app access.
