Good to know
- Who gives me the invoice?
- The producer who sells to you, not Farmora. Their products say “Issues invoices” when they are a professional or a cooperative with a VAT number.
- What if the producer is a private farmer?
- Then they do not issue an invoice. If you need one, use the “With invoice” filter or ask the producer before buying. Sales documents in the terms of use
- How do the goods arrive?
- By courier, farm pickup or a transporter on the route. For fresh food, routes can be filtered by refrigerated vehicle.
- I want a standing weekly order.
- Message the producer from the product page and agree quantities and days.
