For orders up to €20 the commission is 6%, with a minimum of €0.50 per successful sale.

Medium order (€20–€100)
For orders from €20 to €100 the commission drops to 4%.
Wholesale / Large (€100+)
For orders from €100 and above the commission is 3% — competitive even against exporters.
How support works
The same support channel covers orders, shop setup, and app access.
- Payout moves forward after delivery and the 3-day escrow hold.
- There is no fixed subscription fee or signup cost.
- Transport commission (5% flat) is charged to the transporter — not the producer.
