1. The buyer pays
The order opens and the payment is not transferred to the producer or transporter immediately. It is held in escrow.
Buyer protection
Your money is held until you receive your order.
On Farmora, the purchase does not end the moment payment is made. There is an escrow hold, a transport system, and a dispute process when needed.
2. The transporter delivers
The transporter picks up from the producer and delivers to you. Delivery is confirmed through the platform.
3. Release comes after confirmation
Release happens after delivery and a 3-day hold — to the producer for the product, to the transporter for the transport.
How support works
The same support channel covers orders, shop setup, and app access.
- If the order does not close correctly, there is a dispute path before release.
- Farmora operates as the marketplace intermediary, not as the producer or transporter.
